Cala Homes, Constable Grange, Colchester

The Brief

Stanway village is in an area that is regarded as one of the most desirable suburbs of Colchester. Our brief was to design a scheme which would appeal to a contemporary stylish family. We took the inspiration for this house from one our trend mood boards called Mixed Pattern. The scheme itself incorporates an eclectic mix of colour, design and pattern. Jewel tones and botanical prints, rich paint colours and opulent fabrics create an aspirational home. We paid particular attention to introducing talking points throughout the house such as an artist’s study, a twin children’s room themed around Peruvian colours and animals and a guest bedroom featuring a framed butterfly wallpaper.
