Every Claude Hooper show home is different because it’s designed specifically for you, our client.

The process design starts with a brief that looks at clarifying the scope of the project, the target market, demographics, the specific house type, the developments unique selling proposition, its specification, the mix of the housing within it and other developments nearby. We add to this your brand values and positioning to ensure we are designing the Show Home for your target market. Marketing Suites

We design effective Marketing Suites by listening to our clients and understanding their brand and customer journey. The marketing suite is the first thing customers see so first impressions count. We create beautiful, yet functional sales areas with sufficient storage to allow the sales team to engage & inspire their potential buyer.

They work closely with our creative agency to create stunning & effective sales & marketing suites. Not only is their work exceptional, from a service point of view they cannot do enough, they are on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble.

We understand that living environments may vary for the active retired and those who need sheltered housing or specialist care.

We understand the legislation specific to working in contract environments and the contact furniture and fabric product knowledge to select the correct product. We are proud to design retirement interiors that retirees love and that their families can feel proud of, which are the polar opposite to drab institutional spaces.

Our flooring solutions are rooted in comprehensive product knowledge and extensive fitting expertise. We have years of experience working alongside the UK property industry so we understand the project-by-project requirements of new build.

We work closely alongside sales and site teams to ensure flooring is fitted when and where it’s required.

We also make sure we have the capacity to deal with high volume during busy periods. All our flooring services come with exceptional customer and after sales service as standard. We pride ourselves on using our knowledge and expertise to offer the right flooring solutions for our clients.
